Central Point

Plymouth student living on Royal Parade - just a few minutes walk from the University of Plymouth and Arts University Plymouth

Plymouth is made for students who want city life by the sea. The historic cobbled waterfront streets of the old port with independent shops, restaurants and galleries blend with the buzz of urban bars and shops at Drake Circus. And then there are the wide open park spaces, sandy bays and dramatic cliffs nearby, offering the best of all worlds. Central Point, in an unrivalled position directly on Royal Parade, puts that lifestyle within easy reach. You’ll have the ease of lectures close by, plus private en-suites and plenty of sociable spaces to make the most of student life.
