Make Oxford yours

Discover a city that rewards curiosity.

Beautiful college courtyards and historic streets.

The Bodleian Library and Ashmolean Museum.

Independent cafés, restaurants and bookshops.

Punting and riverside walks.

Covered Market and Oxford’s independent shops.

Parks, gardens and open green spaces.

And a student community from around the world.

Take a bike through the city, stop for coffee somewhere you’ve never tried, spend an afternoon exploring a museum or meet friends by the river. Follow a new street, discover a hidden courtyard or find somewhere that quickly becomes your regular spot.

And with Student Castle Oxford close to the city centre and university colleges, you can be right in the middle of it all.

Some places feel like university towns. Oxford feels like a world of its own.

Cyclists weaving through beautiful streets. College buildings opening onto ancient courtyards. Punting on the river. Independent cafés tucked away around corners. Bookshops, museums, markets and green spaces waiting to be explored. Oxford has a rhythm that’s unmistakably its own - shaped by centuries of student life, but constantly renewed by the people who arrive here.

It’s a place where you can spend your university years surrounded by things you’ve never seen before, while gradually finding the places that become yours.

Location

University on your doorstep. Oxford at your feet.

MOMENTS THAT MATTER

Your room is just the beginning.

The first friend you make.

The first night out.

The first time you find your favourite coffee spot.

The day you finally feel like you know your way around.

The random Tuesday that somehow becomes a memory you never forget.

These are the moments that make university yours.

“I was living at Student Castle Oxford for 1 academic year. It is still the best student living experience I've ever had. It was clean and luxurious, facilities are great, location was superb, front desk staff were all very friendly.”

“I enjoyed living at students Castle for my three years. The team were always so helpful and lovely and I would recommend. The tiny one at the reception called Jodie was always nice and really helpful. Good to see the place taking initiative to employ people from all backgrounds 🏳️‍🌈”

“My experience of Student Castle Oxford has been outstanding. I have been here less than one week, and I feel safe, reassured and welcomed to the building. The people who work here clearly care about the students and want to ensure they have the best experience and are really enthusiastic to make sure everything is running smoothly. The welcome breakfast when arriving was a nice touch and greatly appreciated. There are lots of little details and systems in place to make sure students are thought of.”
