About
Step into a private studio where studying, cooking and switching off all have their place. Your bathroom and kitchen are inside the room, giving you a self-contained setup. The breakfast bar adds a relaxed place to sit down for meals away from your desk. Step beyond your studio and you'll find a shared gym, study spaces and more - there's even a cinema. Step outside and you're in Durham city centre, with the university, parks, shopping, food and pubs within walking distance.
