Terms & Conditions:

• This promotion is valid exclusively for new bookings for the Academic Year 2026/27.

• The promo code Bath300 must be entered at the time of booking to qualify.

• Eligible customers may choose one of the following: £300 Laundry credit, or Bi‑weekly room cleaning for a 12‑month tenancy.

• A minimum tenancy length of 50 weeks is required.

• The laundry credit will be added to the resident’s Circuit account.

• The incentive will be issued after check‑in, once the resident has either paid in full or made the first instalment payment.

• Please allow up to 12 weeks from your check‑in date for incetive processing.

• This offer is non‑transferable. For double occupancy bookings, only the lead booker will receive the cashback.

• This promotion does not apply to tenancy takeovers. If you cancel your booking and arrange a replacement, the cashback will be void.

• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
