This offer is valid only for new Academic Year 2026/27 bookings.

The booking must be made within the promotional period: 07/01/2026 – 21/01/2026.

The promo code Cambridge200 must be entered at the time of booking.

A minimum tenancy length of 50 weeks is required to qualify.

Cashback will be issued as a cash voucher. You will be eligible to receive the voucher once you have checked in and either paid in full or made your first instalment payment.

Please allow up to 12 weeks from check‑in for voucher processing.

This offer is non‑transferable. For double occupancy bookings, only the lead booker will receive the cashback.

This promotion does not apply to tenancy takeovers. If you cancel and arrange a replacement, the cashback will be void.
