Tenancy term lengths vary by property ranging from 39-weeks to 51-weeks. Available tenancy lengths for each property are listed on the individual property pages on our website.  

This promotion applies only to the tenancy lengths available for that property and is valid on tenancy terms of at least 39 weeks, where such terms are offered  

The £200 Laundry Credit will be received as Circuit Go app credit. Resident will be eligible to receive the voucher once they have checked in and either paid in full or made the first instalment payment in September 2026.  

Please allow up to 4 weeks from check-in for voucher processing.  

This offer is non-transferable. For double occupancy bookings, only the lead booker will receive promotion.
