This promotion is valid exclusively for new bookings for the Academic Year 2026/27.

The promo code BOOST100 must be entered at the time of booking to qualify.

Eligible customers will receive £200 cashback, plus an additional £100 cashback when booking between 18th May and 31st May 2026 using promo code BOOST100.

Tenancy term lengths vary by property ranging from 39-weeks to 51-weeks. Available tenancy lengths for each property are listed on the individual property pages on our website. This promotion applies only to the tenancy lengths available for that property and is valid on tenancy terms of at least 39 weeks, where such terms are offered.

Eligible students booking between 18th May and 31st May 2026 will also receive a £20 Uber Eats voucher upon check-in.

You will be eligible for the Offer when the following conditions have been met: 

• You have paid all rent instalments due as of 1 November 2026 and you do not owe any other fees, or;
• You have paid your rent in full for the entire year.
  
  If you do not meet the above conditions by 1 November 2026, you will not be eligible for the Offer.

Please allow up to 12 weeks from your check-in date for incentive processing.

This offer is non-transferable. For double occupancy bookings, only the lead booker will receive the cashback and incentives.

This promotion does not apply to tenancy takeovers. If you cancel your booking and arrange a replacement, the cashback will be void.

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion unless otherwise stated.
