This promotion is valid exclusively for new bookings for the Academic Year 2026/27.  

The promo code Bath300 must be entered at the time of booking to qualify.  

Eligible customers may choose one of the following:  

£300 Laundry credit, or  

£300 Cashback  

Tenancy term lengths vary by property ranging from 39-weeks to 51-weeks. Available tenancy lengths for each property are listed on the individual property pages on our website.  

This promotion applies only to the tenancy lengths available for that property and is valid on tenancy terms of at least 39 weeks, where such terms are offered  

The laundry credit will be added to the resident’s Circuit account.  

Cashback will be issued as a cash voucher. 

The incentive will be issued after check‑in, once the resident has either paid in full or made the first instalment payment.  

Please allow up to 12 weeks from your check‑in date for incentive processing.  

This offer is non‑transferable. For double occupancy bookings, only the lead booker will receive the cashback.  

This promotion does not apply to tenancy takeovers. If you cancel your booking and arrange a replacement, the cashback will be void.  

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion unless otherwise stated; however, it may be used in combination with the Refer‑a‑Friend promotion.
